By submitting a form on the website otcl1ck.ru, registering or otherwise contacting the Otklik service, the personal data subject (hereinafter — the "User") freely, by their own will and in their own interest gives consent to the processing of their personal data to the Operator — Индивидуальный предприниматель Балаганский Павел Сергеевич (INN 543807917255, OGRNIP 323547600043330; hereinafter — the "Operator").
Consent is given for the processing of the following data: surname, first name; email address; phone number; name of the business; content of the enquiry; and also technical data (IP address, device and browser information, cookies).
The Operator has the right to carry out the following actions with personal data: collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, updating (renewal, modification), retrieval, use, transfer (provision, access), blocking, deletion, destruction. Processing is carried out both with and without the use of automation tools. Data of citizens of the Russian Federation is stored in the territory of the Russian Federation.
In order to achieve the stated purposes, data may be transferred to persons engaged by the Operator (providers of communication channels, hosting, online booking systems and language models) located in the territory of the Russian Federation, provided that they comply with the requirements of personal data legislation. The consent is valid until the purposes of processing are achieved or until it is withdrawn. The User has the right to withdraw consent by sending a written application to support@otcl1ck.ru. After withdrawal, the Operator ceases processing and destroys the data, unless otherwise provided by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
The User confirms that they have read this Consent and the Privacy Policy, is legally capable and provides accurate data; and, where the data of third parties is provided, that they have the necessary authority to do so.
