This Policy defines the procedure for the processing and protection of personal data in the Otklik service (hereinafter — the "Service"). The data operator is ИП Балаганский Павел Сергеевич, INN 543807917255 (hereinafter — the "Operator").
The Policy has been developed in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27.07.2006 "On Personal Data" and Federal Law No. 38-FZ of 13.03.2006 "On Advertising". By using the Service, the user confirms their consent to the terms of this Policy.
2.1. Data of Service users (business owners and employees who register a dashboard): name, email address, phone number, login credentials, details of connected channels and integrations. The Operator processes this data as a data operator.
2.2. Data of business clients (those who contact the chatbot): name, phone number, email address, the text of the conversation and information about the booking. The Operator processes this data on the instructions of the relevant business (Article 6, Part 3 of 152-FZ): the data operator in respect of such data is the business, while the Operator of the Service acts as a person carrying out processing on its instructions.
2.3. Technical data: IP address, device and browser information, cookies — for the operability and security of the Service.
Processing is carried out on the basis of the consent of the data subject, of a contract to which the subject is a party, and also in order to achieve the purposes provided for by law. The processing of business clients' data is carried out on the basis of the instructions of the business and within the scope of its legal grounds.
The recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, updating and retrieval of personal data of citizens of the Russian Federation are carried out using databases located in the territory of the Russian Federation (Article 18, Part 5 of 152-FZ). The Operator applies legal, organisational and technical protection measures: data encryption, access control, isolation of each business's data.
In order to provide the services, data may be transferred to suppliers located in the territory of the Russian Federation: providers of messengers and communication channels, online booking systems and CRM (on the instructions of the business), providers of language models (LLM) for generating replies, and the hosting provider. The Operator does not sell personal data and does not transfer it to third parties for advertising purposes without the consent of the data subject.
Personal data is processed until the purposes of processing are achieved, until consent is withdrawn or until use of the Service is terminated, after which it is deleted or anonymised, unless otherwise provided by law.
The data subject has the right to receive information about the processing of their data, to demand its correction, blocking or deletion, and also to withdraw consent to processing. To exercise these rights, send a request to support@otcl1ck.ru.
The Service uses cookies for authentication, saving settings and operability analytics. The user may disable cookies in the browser settings, however this may limit the operation of certain features.
The Operator has the right to amend this Policy. The current revision is always available on this page. The Operator notifies users of material changes through the Service.
